Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on KinkType — for example, the “Related resources” cards at the bottom of a result profile page — are affiliate links. If you click one of those links and end up buying something, KinkType may earn a small commission from the seller.
This does not change the price you pay. The site does not raise a product’s price to cover the commission, and the commission does not influence what we recommend.
How we choose what to recommend
Every recommended resource is picked because it fits the reader of that specific profile or page — the reasoning shown next to each card is real. We do not add generic banner-style recommendations, and we do not accept paid placements from brands that are not part of the affiliate programs we have joined.
What we do not do
- We do not run pop-under, interstitial, or auto-playing advertising.
- We do not run display ads from adult ad networks.
- We do not participate in dating, cam, or hookup affiliate programs.
- We do not share your test answers, checklist selections, or reading behavior with any advertiser or affiliate network.
Regulatory framing
This page exists in part to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement and testimonial guidelines. If you are in a jurisdiction with equivalent rules, this page also serves as the equivalent disclosure.
Questions
If something on the site feels like a promotion that isn’t labelled, or if a link seems misplaced or inappropriate for the page, please let us know. Trust matters more than any single commission.
